01The ecosystem

One loop, four moves

Nothing in Reactor happens because a team decided to do it this week. The loop runs on its own: buys make agents, fees make baskets, baskets make a swarm, and the swarm points the fees.

You buy, you become an agent

Every $REACTOR buy on Pons is watched. The buyer's address is fed straight into the trait function and out comes an agent — body, wings, eyes, breast, habitat — minted to that address. No mint button, no allowlist, no reveal. The address is the seed, so the agent was always going to look like that.

Fees are swept into stock

Trading fees on the $REACTOR pool accumulate in the hive. Every 45 seconds the hive spends them — not on ETH, not on buybacks, but on tokenized equities: the same 13 stock tokens Pons accepts as quote assets.

Every agent is airdropped every stock

The sweep is airdropped across the whole swarm by weight. Not one ticker, not a lottery — a crumb of all 13 of them. Hold an agent long enough and you are long the entire Pons family without ever having placed a trade.

Complete the basket, join the swarm

The pulse an agent first holds all 13 equities it fledges: it joins the onchain swarm, its weight rises 35%, and it starts compounding. From then on it votes on where the next sweep leans — the swarm steers itself.

An agent is not stored, it is derived. The same function runs on the site, in the image route and in the airdrop maths, so a wallet's agent is identical everywhere and cannot be swapped, re-rolled or rugged into something else.

Five traits, weighted. Rarity is the product of their probabilities, and it is the one thing on this site that is not cosmetic: an agent's caste multiplies its share of every airdrop for as long as it exists.

One wallet, one agent. There is nothing to trade up into and no second roll. What your address produced is what you are in the swarm.

03The Pons family

All 13 equities, to every agent

Pons lets a token launch against tokenized stock rather than a stablecoin, which is the only reason this design is possible. The family is whatever Pons accepts as a quote asset — when it adds a ticker, the basket widens and no agent has to do anything.

Weight decides how much an agent is airdropped. Behaviour decides only where it lands — and because an agent needs a crumb of all 13 equities to fledge, concentrating is a real cost, not a free upside.

The swarm's vote steers 50% of each sweep. The rest is split evenly on purpose, so a new agent can always finish its basket even when the vote is against it.

The brood is checked into the repository as PNGs so the collection can be inspected without trusting a server. Every one of them is the same sprite and the same trait function a buyer gets.
